Empowerment & Mediation
Championing Rights and Justice for All
Our Vision for an Equitable Society
At New School of Training, we believe that true empowerment comes through education, advocacy, and mediation. Our Empowerment & Mediation initiatives are designed to combat systemic injustices, protect vulnerable populations, and foster safe, inclusive communities. We define "Education for All" not just as access to learning, but as the right to live free from violence, exploitation, and discrimination. This aligns with our mission to equip individuals and institutions with the knowledge, skills, and legal-social support needed to challenge oppression and demand accountability.
How We Drive Change
1. Advocacy Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
We provide training, legal awareness, and survivor support programs to dismantle cultural and systemic barriers that perpetuate GBV. Our initiatives include:
Community workshops on consent, gender equity, and bystander intervention
Partnerships with legal aid organizations to support survivors
Advocacy for policy reforms to strengthen protections
2. Advocacy Against Human Trafficking
Through prevention education, victim rehabilitation, and law enforcement collaboration, we combat trafficking by:
Training frontline workers (healthcare, education, law enforcement) to identify and report trafficking
Supporting economic empowerment programs to reduce vulnerability
Raising awareness on migrant rights and safe labor practices
3. Advocacy Against Rights Violations
We mediate conflicts and defend marginalized groups (ethnic minorities, refugees, disabled persons, etc.) through:
Human rights education in schools and workplaces
Legal literacy campaigns on labor rights, disability rights, and freedom from discrimination
Restorative justice programs to resolve disputes without violence
